Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two time world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's largest financial successes, regularly earning substantial financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in rounds four or five and asserted he would derail the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the customary stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how surprising this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really proceeding.
